The front desk at our Courtney McGinnis Graham Community Shelter is the voice and face of the House of Hope. This is where a majority of our residents begin their journey! Tasks will include answering the phone and determining how best to help the caller, transferring calls to staff members or other facilities, and greeting visitors with a friendly smile with a willingness to help. Volunteer hours are available Thursdays and Fridays, 9am-5pm.
